Standard one bedroom apartment (up to 4 people)

The daily rate for the whole apartment (not per person) goes from 40 to 125 euro, varying according to the period (low, medium and high season) and the number of guests. Prices included all services listed below

Apartment sea view (up to 4 people)

The daily rate for the entire apartment (not per person) goes from 50 to 140 euro, varying according to the period (low, medium and high season) and the guests’ number. Prices include all the services listed below

To confirm the reservation you have to send a bank/postal transfer equal to 30% of the total amount (case-by-case assessments);
for last-minute reservations it is possible to confirm without the need of advance payment;

City tax

Validity: Valid all year except from 10 January to 20 March and from November 1 to December 20
Daily rate per person: from 0.50 to 1.50 € for a maximum of 5 nights
